  • Do not adjust positioning piles or disassemble the conveying pipeline when the dredger is under full-load operation; all adjustment and maintenance work must be carried out after power cutoff and complete shutdown.
  • The actual dredging depth shall never exceed the rated 18m limit of the equipment, and long-term overload operation is prohibited to prevent burnout of the 20-inch dredging pump and high-power driving motor.
  • Keep a safe distance from floating debris, underwater rocks and dense aquatic plants during operation to avoid winding and permanent damage to the stirring device and pump body of the 20-inch three-pile dredger.

2. Daily Maintenance Precautions

  • Clean residual sludge inside the pipeline and 20-inch pump body of the 20-Inch Three-Pile Dredger after daily work to prevent sediment solidification and recurring pipeline blockage.
  • Regularly add high-grade anti-wear lubricating oil to the hydraulic positioning system and rotating parts of the dredging boat, and replace aging sealing accessories according to actual operating frequency.
  • Inspect the anti-corrosion coating of the hull and positioning piles every month, repair peeling paint and damaged coating in time to avoid metal corrosion and extend the overall service life of the dredger.
  • For long-term idle 20-inch three-pile dredger, drain all residual water inside the pump and pipeline, park the equipment in a dry and ventilated dock, and cover with a professional dustproof and waterproof protective cover.

3. Fault Handling Precautions

  • Once abnormal noise, severe vibration or pipeline blockage occurs during operation, cut off the power immediately and stop construction; it is forbidden to disassemble internal parts with electricity to eliminate faults.
