- Regularly add dedicated anti-wear lubricating oil to winch rotating parts and hydraulic components, replace aging sealing accessories on a scheduled cycle.
- Inspect the hull five-layer anti-rust coating every month, repair peeling and damaged paint in time to avoid metal corrosion and hull water leakage.
- For long-term idle 20-inch cutter suction dredger, drain residual water inside the pump cavity, park the equipment in dry dock and cover with customized dustproof & rainproof protective cover.
3. Fault Handling Precautions
- Once abnormal noise or severe vibration occurs during high-load operation, cut off power and stop construction immediately; it is forbidden to disassemble internal parts with electricity to avoid safety risks.
- In case of core faults such as 20-inch pump damage and main power system failure, contact official after-sales team for professional support; private unauthorized disassembly will invalidate the official product warranty.
